So far so good

I left a comment in my first week with this app (see below)... but now I must say I am too disappointed. Why is it that I cannot download my books and articles from an old to a new iPad?!? No wi-fi connection? No cloud? No export function? This means I will loose all my purchased library! Any solution?

. Till now I had no problems... Easy access to table of contents, choose chapters, and change pages,... I have little experience with this app.... must try it a bit more to the point of classifying with stars... I usually use iBook, but it does not give access to restricted editions. I will be back to a star evaluation.
