Anyone could do better

Im sadly forced to use this due to bad policy from a library. The document is drm encrypted and I could not find anything else that opened it.
But
Its the worst reading software I have ever seen. No annotations. No bookmarks not even automatic zoom on landscape mode. If you find something better please let me know. Adobe once again proves it sucks when its not photoshop and in design
